Drinks for Lounge Lizards Series #1358: Doralto
A fantastic lounge lizard recipe for: Doralto, with tequila, lemon juice, superfine sugar, bitters, tonic water and lime.

Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz tequila
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
1 dash bitters
4 oz tonic water
1 lime wedge
How to: In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the tequila, lemon juice, sugar, and bitters. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with the tonic water and garnish with the lime wedge.
