Alright. Weight loss is surrounded by lots and lots of myths, legends and sometimes downright lying.You need carbohydrates, therefore you need potatoes and bread. Those carbohydrates are very important because they make you feel full and less hungry. This will make you more disciplined in reducing your over all food intake. Just keep the carb intake on the low side. And aviod butter and that stuff. But, check out how the food is manufactured! DO aviod french fries and similar fat foods. Do drink water, it will make you feel full and lessen your desire for food. All that water will keep your inner organs working too, and your digestion will be better. Only drinking more water won’t make you lose that fat.There is only one way to get slimmer, and that is by burning that fat Do not judge a diet on how much fat is lost during just one week, this is long term.Another common claim is that the fat can hurt your body. Fat is of course not harmful, we really need it to keep going. The body needs fat in order to get some vitamins into the system. Important things like omega-3 & omega-6 can be added to your system with the use of fat. Limit your fat eating, to avoid getting fat yourself!Also, a balanced diet is great, you need to have a plan on your food intake..
