Tennis League Network runs the first ever Flex League USA tournament
Newton, MA- The first yearly National tournament of the Tennis League Network (TLN), which sponsors local online tennis communities in 34 cities and metro areas, was a large success, says TLN CEO Steve Chagnan. Held November 6-8 at Crandon Tennis Center in Key Biscayne, FL, The event, played on hard courts, pulled 31 tennis participants of all tennis ablilites– all of them winners in their respective local TLN leagues.

“This was an absolute delight to run as the players were all about getting out on the courts and playing some high-pressure tennis” said Steve Chagnan, TLN CEO. The majority of the tennis participants who attended advanced their individual playoffs to gain the right to take part in the USA tourney.
The metro area seasons under the TLN umbrella serve to join local, dedicated tennis participants who want to play a lot of tennis. We make sure that players are connected with closely-matched tennis partners. Matches are played predominantly on public courts. It has been a extremely successful program, Chagnan said. Since 2006, there have been more than 42,700 matches played; 2009 saw a 51% increase.
After many years of determining local champions, the conception of the National tourney was concocted to give these players a whole new level of involvement. Now we get to learn who really has the greatest tennis participants; Chicago, Los Angeles, Austin or maybe a tennis player from a lower franchise like Baltimore. At the very least it will be a whole lot of tennis with some great early November weather.
Registration has open for 2010 seasons, its now time for you to try to qualify to join us in Miami. Male or Female tennis players we hope to have the tennis partners for you who will meet up with you on the tennis courts.
