Power Lifter

The power lifter is someone who wants to move massive amounts of weights in a hurry. They don’t like to see a bunch of dumbbells sitting around in the corner of a gym, they like to see them being lifted up and down. There is a whole lot of science involved with power lifting. This uses the white fibers in your muscles and these are responsible for moving a lot of weight in a very fast way. If you have red fibers then you are a person that can run for mile and miles and not get that tired. People have different muscle fiber types and if you have the white kind, then you will be a very good lifter of weights. This type of lifting requires much focus and you have to get all pumped up. It is not a good idea to do if you are considering back surgery because this means that your back is already messed up and you don’t want to make it worse. You might want to go swim in the pool or something. You have to have spotters at all times when you do this type of lifting because it is so fast. If you clean three hundred pounds, then press it up over your shoulders you will want a person on each side of you just in case something happens, it is good to always do this. You might just be so strong that you don’t need it, but it won’t help to have around.
